By accessing and using Klued (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Klued provides daily mini crossword puzzles and related gaming content. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require an account. Sign-in via Google or Apple was previously offered to sync progress across devices; it is not currently available in the app.

3. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Not use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Klued, including puzzles, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Klued or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. User Data and Progress

Your puzzle progress, including completion times, streaks, hints used, and solutions, is stored locally in your browser. If you previously signed in with Google or Apple, data synced at that time may be stored on our servers. You retain ownership of your game progress data.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klued shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
